Returns and Exchanges

When exercising the right of withdrawal, Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, labelled and accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of partial returns. Returned items that do not meet the conditions listed above, or that are damaged, deteriorated or soiled, will be reimbursed with a deduction based on the anomaly noted during the inspection of your Products. If the item is too damaged, Soi Paris reserves the right not to refund the full purchase value of the item concerned.
- From Metropolitan France: returns are free for exchanges and credit notes. In the event of a refund request, a €7 fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- From theEuropean Union: returns are at your expense.
- Fromoutside the European Union: returns are at your expense. You will need to pay customs duties before sending it by recorded delivery. Packages received without customs clearance will be returned to sender.

When you return an item, you can choose between these 3 options. All you have to do is fill in the returns form, selecting the items you are returning and the type of return you would like for each item.
If the desired size is not displayed, this means that the item is out of stock.
You can request a voucher, which will give you +5% on top of the purchase value of your returned item.
Credit notes, such as gift cards, are not refundable in euros.

Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt in our warehouse business days. During sales periods, this time is extended due to the quantity of parcels to be checked.

To track your return parcel, simply consult the progress of the parcel with your parcel number via the designated carrier.
If your package is returned from metropolitan France via our returns form, your returns tracking number begins with 8R.

Once you have received notification of your refund by e-mail, you can expect to receive your refund within 2 to 5 days, depending on your bank. After this period, please contact our customer service department at hello@soi-paris.com, stating that you have received the refund confirmation e-mail.
If, however, you notice a non-conformity on an item (stain, tear, missing label, etc...) upon receipt of your package, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible by e-mail at: hello@soi-paris.com.

Returns for Archives, Braderie, Ventes Privées or Soldes items are at your expense: the sum of 6€ will be deducted from your refund unless you choose a credit note or exchange.

If you have chosen to pay in instalments via Alma, there are two possible refund options:
If you have already paid in full, you will receive a full refund.
If you have not paid in full, Alma will recalculate and readjust your instalments, taking into account the parts returned for the entire order. You will not be refunded, but your monthly payments will be adjusted.
