Jaipur
In India lies the sumptuous pink city of Jaipur. We found a tablecloth covered with traditional embroidery during a trip there and were inspired to make this print. You can see flowers and animals emblematic of the country. For this print, I used the strong elements of an Indian tablecloth, such as the sacred cow and the palm tree. I digitised the elements to create my design. Then I transferred my design to fabric.
